Trailer Boss – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Trailer Boss mobile game ("App") developed by ProDirt LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. It's a Game, Not Driver Training

Trailer Boss is a video game provided for entertainment and casual practice only. It is not professional driver training and does not certify, guarantee, or substitute for real-world towing skill or safe driving.

The physics are a simplified simulation. Backing a real trailer involves blind spots, other people, changing surfaces, and equipment behavior the game does not fully reproduce. Always follow proper training, local laws, and manufacturer guidance when towing a real trailer, and never rely on this App to judge a real maneuver.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play's terms of service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.

3. Free Version and Ads

The App is free and supported by a single banner advertisement served by Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by Google and its partners; we do not control and are not responsible for advertised content. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising data and consent.

4. Remove Ads Purchase

The App offers a single one-time in-app purchase ("Remove ads") that turns off advertising. It is not a subscription and does not expire. Payment is processed by Google Play Billing; refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. The purchase is linked to your Google account and can be restored on a new device by installing the App from Google Play with the same account.

5. Your Data and Progress

Your settings, best times, and achievement progress are stored on your device. We have no access to them and cannot recover them. Deleting the App or clearing its data permanently removes this progress.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ITS SIMULATION REFLECTS REAL-WORLD TOWING BEHAVIOR.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODIRT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY REAL-WORLD TOWING OR DRIVING. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Third-Party Services

ProDirt LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Updates to the App

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates are distributed through the Google Play Store. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
