Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Trailer Boss game (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by ProDirt LLC (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided "AS IS".

Information We Collect

The Application itself does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information, and it has no account system. The only data collection involved comes from the advertising it displays: to show ads, Google AdMob (a Google service) may collect and use your device's advertising identifier and limited technical information. This is described below.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Trailer Boss is free and supported by a single banner ad served by Google AdMob. To select and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may access your device's advertising identifier along with limited technical and usage data (such as device type, general location inferred from your IP address, and ad interactions). ProDirt LLC does not receive this data and does not control the ads that are shown.

AdMob's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy → and How Google uses information →. Making the one-time Remove ads purchase turns off all advertising in the game.

Consent for Users in the EEA, UK & Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Application shows a consent message (using Google's User Messaging Platform) the first time you play, letting you accept or decline personalized advertising. Where required, you can review or change your choice again from the privacy options in the game's menu.

In-App Purchase

Trailer Boss offers one optional in-app purchase, Remove ads, processed by Google Play Billing. Payment is handled entirely by Google — the Service Provider never receives or stores your name, card number, or any payment details. Your purchase is tied to your Google account; the Application stores a small local record so it knows ads are off, and you can restore the purchase by reinstalling with the same Google account.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your settings, best times, and achievement progress are saved in the Application's own local storage on your device only. They are not uploaded, and the Service Provider has no access to them.

Data We Do Not Collect

• Your name, email, or contact information
• Location data (the game does not request location)
• Camera, microphone, photos, or files
• Contacts or calendar
• Any account with the Service Provider (there is none)

Note: the advertising identifier described above is used by Google AdMob to serve ads, not collected by the Service Provider. It stops being used once ads are removed.

Google Play

The Application is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google Play Services may process limited technical data as part of normal app distribution, governed by Google's Privacy Policy →. This is standard for all Android apps and is not something the Service Provider collects or controls.

Children

Trailer Boss is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. Because it serves advertising using an advertising identifier, it is not designed or marketed for young children. If you are a parent or guardian with questions, contact us at prodirt.co@gmail.com.

Data Deletion

Uninstalling the Application removes its local data (settings, best times, progress) from your device. You can reset or delete your device's advertising identifier at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can also clear the game's data via Settings → Apps → Trailer Boss → Storage.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
