1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FieldQuote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and ProDirt LLC, a Virginia-based company ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

FieldQuote is a job estimating and invoicing application for independent contractors. The App allows users to:

• Build and manage job cost profiles
• Create quotes and invoices with line items
• Generate and share professional PDF documents
• Manage a client address book
• Calculate job distances and mobilization costs
• Back up and restore data via Google Drive
• Schedule jobs via Google Calendar

3. Use of the App

You agree to use FieldQuote only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems connected to the App

4. Data and Privacy

All data you enter into FieldQuote — including cost profiles, jobs, quotes, invoices, and client information — is stored locally on your device. ProDirt LLC does not collect, transmit, or store your business data on its servers.

Optional features that involve third-party services:

• Google Drive Backup: Data is backed up to your personal Google Drive account. ProDirt LLC has no access to your backup files.
• Google Calendar: Job scheduling creates events in your personal Google Calendar. ProDirt LLC has no access to your calendar data.
• Address Autocomplete & Distance: Address queries are sent to OpenRouteService to return suggestions and calculate distances. No data is retained by ProDirt LLC.

5. Intellectual Property

FieldQuote and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by ProDirt LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business purposes.

You retain full ownership of all data you create within the App, including job records, quotes, invoices, and client information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FieldQuote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ProDirt LLC does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• The results obtained from using the App (including pricing calculations) will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Pricing calculations provided by FieldQuote are estimates based on the information you enter. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of quotes and invoices before sending them to clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProDirt LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FieldQuote, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue resulting from quotes or invoices generated by the App
• Loss of data due to device failure, software bugs, or accidental deletion
• Business decisions made based on pricing calculations from the App

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

8. Third-Party Services

FieldQuote integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies:

• Google Drive & Google Calendar: Subject to Google's Terms of Service
• OpenRouteService: Subject to OpenRouteService Terms

ProDirt LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Updates to the App

We may update FieldQuote from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates are distributed through the Google Play Store. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
