🔒 ColorSeeker is built with privacy first. Camera frames are analyzed live on your device. Nothing is uploaded or sent anywhere. There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking.
This privacy policy applies to the ColorSeeker app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by ProDirt LLC (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided "AS IS".
None. ColorSeeker does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. The Application has no account system, no analytics, and no advertising, and it does not send any data to the Service Provider or to any third party.
ColorSeeker requires access to your device's camera for one purpose only: to detect colors and count objects in the live camera view. Camera frames are analyzed on your device in real time. They are not uploaded, and not transmitted to the Service Provider or anyone else. If you choose to save a screenshot or result, it is written to your device's own storage and stays there under your control.
Any preferences or settings you configure are stored locally on your device only. The Service Provider has no access to them.
ColorSeeker contains no advertising and no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs. It does not use AdMob or any advertising network, and it does not access your location.
The Application is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google Play Services may process limited technical data as part of normal app distribution, governed by Google's Privacy Policy →. This is standard for all Android apps and is not something the Service Provider collects or controls.
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Because ColorSeeker collects no personal data from any user and requires no account, no personal information is gathered from anyone. Because no data leaves your device, you can remove everything associated with the Application by uninstalling it, or by going to Settings → Apps → ColorSeeker → Storage → Clear Data. Any screenshots you saved to your gallery can be deleted like any other photo.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
